Any.do: To-Do List, Tasks, Calendar & Reminders App Reviews

I have only been using this app for a few days with the Amazon Dot. I love the ability just to tell Amazon Dot to add something to my shopping list and when I open up Any.do in the store, there it is. I like being able to set reminders for myself and having it prioritized. I also enjoyed the ability to be able to have it remind me to do something the next day at a specific time, all through the Amazon Dot. I was so impressed with the app I paid for subscription. Thank you for making this work with the Amazon Dot.

I dont want a new app for reminders, just a way to bridge ios and alexa lists without IFTTT. This doesnt do that. Also, cant delete a new account without a password - even if you used Facebook sign on. sloppy.

A million times better than Apples native Reminders app. Its intuitive, flexible, and actually helps me get things done (and I can procrastinate like the best of em). Thanks for such a great app, and for your continued work to make it better and better based on feedback and your own wonderful ideas.

Lately, I have been messing around with many task managements apps but AnyDo seems just meets my needs for school and work. Its smooth and intuitive.

Takes so long to open the app, and in the page I do not want. It was fine before but now its gotten extra not-so-useful stuff you have to get out of before you get to where you meant to go.

Going on 3 days. So far, (1) it randomly deleted one task (no, its not in completed tasks in settings) which had a phone number in it that will be hard to relocate GRRRRR, (2) i want the ability to set up my own categories beyond today/ tomm/ etc., (3) subtasks should show up as readable text indented under the task, not be just a little number in an icon that i have to click to see, (4) I dont find the set-up function particularly user-friendly, namely the setting/changing of due dates and save after editing of a task (lost a bunch of changes bc i clicked wrong place on screen). The most useful features are integration with calendar and amazon echo. Beyond those, i may as well just use my "notes" that come standard w apple devices.

Thank you Any.do! Wow.. It just keeps getting better. The updates are awesome and the gentle reminder of my to-dos makes me smile! It is helping me immensely with my work/family balance!

The app asks you to purchase before you start using. I assumed his was free for limited features. I also wrote to them for a refund since I had no intention to purchase the app but just try it. There was no reply. Bad customer service.

Amazing app! I would love for icon customization so that it can match my white icons on my bar

I like this app for making quick lists. Its good for jotting down what you need to do for the day. Fixed bugs pretty quickly.

Its my go-to app to stay organized for our household.

This is so simple and easy to use. I use this app daily if not hourly. Working with Alexa is a huge bonus.

Honestly brilliant app. Nothing is ever exactly the way we want it and there are a few things that need fixing (which I send to the team directly and the always respond to) but this is hands down one of the best To Do apps Ive used. And brilliantly designed as well!

Globally an excellent task manager, featuring : -a very clear view, -a great calendar/do-list combo drag & drop the tasks - sync with native Reminders & Calendar -the signature "Moments" feature that allows you to reassign a task which has not been completed - the "someday" part, which allows you to create a task without a concrete due line. Unfortunately for the moment Any.do still falls shorts of offering : - above all, really convenient and TICKABLE SUBTASKS. That would be a major improvement. - a function allowing to hide some categories when showing "all tasks" (for instance the films to watch list or the grocery list), in order to focus on the main tasks & projects. - a setting allowing a task without a specified date to fall automatically into the "someday" section : which would seem logical?..Instead, it unexpectedly falls on top of your todays do-list (!?) - special lists for randomly recurring tasks, like groceries, for instance : allowing an item like "bananas" for example, once ticked, to remain "reactivatable" when there is a new lack of bananas! Without showing on the main tasks list, in order not to congest it with a myriad trivial items. This is again about good subtask functionalities. Overall, a great app, great job.
