Any.do: To-Do List, Tasks, Calendar & Reminders App Reviews

I love this app. I like that I can have mini tasks inside a larger one, I love that I can designate specific days or no days at all, and being able to share tasks with others has been very helpful for my boyfriend and I. I feel ready to take on the upcoming semester. Im naturally scatter brained (but always thinking!) and adding stress to that is a ride. The only thing I can think of right now that I wish I could do is move things people send me from "today" to "upcoming". My boyfriend makes notes inside the app to share with me but I really dont need to see anything about an artist I like in my "today" section. Besides my one nitpicky thing, this app is bomb and I am happy to have it on my phone.

Before AnyDo I was frequently an unfocused and off task individual ... Constantly searching for the perfect app that would push reminders to me to get things done. With AnyDo it doesnt matter if its a simple task or a big project... Both can be treated with the same priority or not... I love how I can shift my tasks around by simple dragging and dropping. The most important part is that AnyDo is a pleasure to use. Unlike other task management apps Ive used that have made me want to throw my phone at a wall in frustration... AnyDo makes me feel accomplished and happy...so I want to use it more. In turn, this establishes a feedback loop of GTD that other apps failed miserably with me. Bottom line: AnyDo is legit. I highly recommend it. Get the premium version and enjoy syncing across platforms!

This app is great for organizing tasks. It syncs up with echo, IPhone list, and my outlook. The app is easy to use and even pushes tasks to my desktop.

Love the app but we need a search and side/week view for calendar. If this happens it replaces my calendar and reminder app. Please add this.

It WAS pretty straight forward. If you make simple lists it is helpful. I would prefer something more elaborate or functional. It has potential. For example, I would prefer to move my items from one day to another without having it done automatically and then I have to reorder them one by one. Or, once a task is done it could show the date of completion. Ideally it could work in conjunction with the map and remind me to do things while in the vicinity. Just wishful thinking... Give a try and good luck AFTER UPDATING: It is plain HORRIBLE and Annoying. Items are getting duplicated, others disappear, doesnt allow you to edit or add sub tasks, you try to organize and they jump to another spot...ugh!!!! I have to keep logging off and back on to make any adjustment It was never my favorite but right now Im totally hating it!!!!! Hope they fix all this SOON Try another app instead Now it is working better, but we can no longer move the sub tasks around Please correct this asap STILL cant move sub tasks and when reorganizing main tasks there is still a HUGE glitch. When you move a task around it sometimes changes it to the last one you went over. Suddenly the one task disappears and you have duplicates of another. This is quite nerve racking!!! Hope you fix it soon IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! It was working fine up until last week. All of a sudden I can not get into my lists. I just did the update and still nothing. SKIP THIS. Anything is better than this. Very inconsistent & frustrating It NOW seems to have a mind of its own. I would never pay for this app nor can I recommend it. Items shift out of order all the time. In the sub-categories we never again able to reorganize the list. Items disappear, move on their own and reappear constantly. With every upgrade it seems to get worse and worse. Best of luck. GETTING WORSE It seems as with every update (latest 8/4/17). It just keeps getting worse. If I edit something, it disappears. If I try to move it, it jumps back. I dont know how they do it but every "upgrade" seems more like a downgrade. I can NOT recommend it, nor would I ever consider purchasing an "advanced" version.

Its my go-to app to stay organized for our household. Its Indispensable and I use it everyday.

Amazing app before I purchased my Apple Watch, since then Ive been using Apples watered down Reminders app, patiently waiting for a watch app from Any.do.

Theyre getting a real rush out of each update, but its basically the same one every time (at least, if you go by the description). A Tad Ambitious For people who arent already committed to their calendar apps this is a great catch-all or starting point, but for those of us already established its a bit pushy and intrusive. Functionally its pretty solid, but its taking steps in the wrong direction. At a certain point its easier to move away from AnyDo altogether than integrate all calendars, etc.- especially with this BS pricing model. Monthly billing is garbage, especially for something as trivial as themes (by which they mean simple background colors). Also its annoying to be hounded for reviews, especially after Ive already written one.

I use this all the time to make lists of things I need to do and dont want to forget! You can set alarms to remind yourself too. Good for goal setting. If only it could complete my lists for me...

I can play all my week if this app. Was left with the option of deleting a task, Without the need of completing task and them deleting.

Love this app! So easy & useful

Im so pleased with the format and the ability to integrate with my calendar. I only wish they offered the discount later in the process.

Wants me to login with either Facebook or Google, I do not have either one. As a computer forensic specialist I know better, Ive seen too many lives wrecked by both. I immediately deleted it as soon as I was presented with a forced login screen.

Keeps me super organized. I have compared different apps for To Do lists and this one is the best. Love it.

Looks nice, but: -if I enter task name snd hit "Done" on keyboard, task just disappears -subtasks are not show in the list-a tree would be better -added events from my iPhone calendar, edited one of them in the original calendar, trying to open in the app and - whoops- app crashes -seems to have added a contact to "Meet" task, but cant see it anywhere and cant add more. In overall - appears to be worse than iPhone built-in calendar

I love any.do! It keeps me on track every day!
