Linked to my Alexa account and makes it much easier to stay on top of to-do items and shopping list. Like the auto complete feature, the ease of use is great. Good management of tasks and in the way I typically handle Franklin Covey to dos.

I have tried several apps but definitively this is the best one. You can structure it to meet your needs
The developers have neglected to remember to name the buttons. Thusly the application doesnt work with Apple VoiceOver Enabled. :(
Makes my To-Do list easier to tackle and simple to use
I really like this app. Havent found a better to-do list app that syncs with all my devices. Simple and easy to use and intuitive interface. Some really nice hidden features like shake to clear completed tasks. Really like how it organizes tasks by priority and allows you to create multiple lists, like Groceries, that I can share with other people. It also seamlessly integrates with calendar events and reminders, without duplicating alerts. If youre a person who likes to plan, or looking to get more stuff done, Id highly recommend checking out this app.
Havent had a chance to try this app yet. As soon as I signed up for it it asks you if I wanted to sign up for a premium subscription. Not sure what happened but they make it way too easy to accidentally sign up for a premium subscription that immediately charges your Apple account. Then its not as easy to cancel that subscription. You have to dig through your Apple settings to find it and then cancel it. Then youre still on the hook for the first month. However you do get to use the premium service for that month. Ill update this later when Ive had a chance to try out the app thoroughly. Of course Ill have to go through the first month on a premium subscription that I accidentally purchased. Then to give a good review on the free I will have to go through a second month with more limited options. Ill let you know how that turns out.
After trying out countless apps, finally a to do list manager I actually use ! Highly recommended!!
One of the best apps so far to keep me organized. You can integrate my calendar, reminders music is nice ? its not intrusive. I love it.
Usher die beste TODO App die ich ausprobiert habe
I searched for a digital calendar I would love as much as paper and this one is the best so far.. It integrates my calendar and to-do list so I can see both at a glance. Has some cool features that coordinate with Amazon Alexa and Siri. Aesthetically, its kind of boring to look at so I would make it prettier.. just me. I would also like a larger monthly and a weekly calendar so I am not scrolling through a long list to look for an appt. Lastly, would love to see a better version for iPad. It looks like an iPhone app resized to fit and it doesnt quite fill the screen. Just not pleasing to look at. I do uses my phone more, though, so not a huge issue for me. All-in-all, I love the app and will continue to use.
Mostly I really like it. I have had a hard time figuring out how to move tasks on my phone. I can do it on the computer without any problem… It might just be me. However, I havent been able to find a help topic about it.
I like how easily you can reorder main tasks. But reordering subtasks doesnt exist. The whole purpose of subtasks is to do them in order. With a lot of subtaks its laborious trying to figure out which one to do next in Any.do. Their competitors allow for reordering subtasks. Also the Mac desktop app needs its own app and not just a web version of the app. On the positives its simple and easy to use.
I didnt find this to be intuitive at all. Opens with a nearly blank, white screen with places to add tasks - no problem. But deleting a task? I still dont know. Click on the "Help" button- whoops, its on the app I didnt buy. Very frustrating Only $2.99 but still
Nice App for my requirements.
Great app. Tto get to a 5 please consider ability to - priority ranking tasks - showing completed tasks by day. Seeing the list of completed tasks is a real kicker!! - ability to import tasks from google keep
This is the best to do list app Ive found so far. Excellent client design, simple, easy to use and does whats needed.
I have used the free app for over a year now and finding it extremely helpful and useful, especially when the calendar and Apple reminder sync were made available. I was considering going premium, but before I did that, I decided to expand my platforms and add the app to my Mac laptop so I could use it more often. When I did that, every task and every folder was now a double entry. Minor nuisance, except that when I tried to edit and get rid of one of the entries, I found that the double entries were linked and when one was deleted, both were. I had to delete the App from my Mac and start over from scratch. I am still fighting through this now big nuisance. I sent a message about this through the app but havent received any response, which surprises me since the developers are so responsive in the App Store. Now, I am unable to use some of my favorite features in the app as an upgrade screen comes up when I do. I am very leery about upgrading. I dont know if I can trust the app not to double and link tasks, which makes the app very frustrating and difficult to use.
All my tasks appear in duplicate, please fix.
This app is pretty good! It does everything I need it to so I have no complaints. Its annoying that some of the nicer features are only available through subscription, but other than that this app is good!
I can no longer open the app with this new update. It crashes on open. The instability of this app is what makes me skeptical of purchasing the paid version. Too buggy. See old reviews below: This update is bad. Any.do finally started working for me again and now it keeps crashing and he sync no longer works well between web and phone. ______ I used to love Any.do and now Im happily looking for other alternatives. Heres why: 1. Recurring tasks keep disappearing! I have to re-enter them every time, even when I set it to a weekly repeat. 2. After writing a list item and tapping anywhere besides "Go" or the + sign, the entire entry disappears! This has been happening for a long time and has never been fixed. Very frustrating. 3. I used to use this in conjunction with the desktop app and the sync is really bad. I end up doing double the work usually. 4. New to dos disappear after selecting + You put in a task, add a date and reminder, select +, and the hole task disappears! Nowhere to be found in the list. Not sure why this went from a strong app to a nuisance, but Ill no longer be using this one.
