Any.do: To-Do List, Tasks, Calendar & Reminders App Reviews

The app is "meh" but once you pay for the upgrade its hard to unsubscribe. Dont do it.

The app runs fine and, with exploration, you can figure out all its functions, but its way over-designed for everyday use -- e.g., count the steps it takes to set a simple task for "Today" at 5:00 PM and then add it to the list, or to edit the time on a current task. That makes it average (three star), except that the watch app is terrible: if you have a simple to-do list (no stars, no date; just a list) it wont show on the watch. Also, merely a personal preference; it syncs through my least favorite cloud service, Dropbox.

You always remember to use the App, which keeps you stuck to the Teams awesome new developments (like location-enabled task reminders, or recurring tasks). Ability to forward tasks directly from your email without ever opening the app is a huge time saver. And built-in integration with time tracking apps like Pomodoro or other Google Chrome extensions would have you think there was no way this app could be so fun, quick, customizable or nimble. Its gangster!

It is a great program to monitor and track all of my task. It does great reminders, it works well other programs and updates the calendar. It is my success tool to make sure I get all my goals done. I have been very successful thanks to this program at everything that he does for me on a daily basis. The best TO DO program Ive used.

This app has helped me to be more organized. I keep all of my to do lists on here.

I like it Annual cost is too high so I use free version I use the Alexa app too but this one works well in conjunction

Was just another "todo list" app to me at first. Then I started to play around with it a bit. So many neat little features. Finally someone understands organization! I have the Cal app which I love and this automatically syncs with it so my todo list appears on my calendar on that specific day. Im in love ?

Its alright for organization, but why is it so expensive to upgrade?

Feels great to swipe something done. Plus it has reminders for people like me who forget to check the list.

It WAS pretty straight forward. If you make simple lists it is helpful. I would prefer something more elaborate or functional. It has potential. For example, I would prefer to move my items from one day to another without having it done automatically and then I have to reorder them one by one. Or, once a task is done it could show the date of completion. Ideally it could work in conjunction with the map and remind me to do things while in the vicinity. Just wishful thinking... Give a try and good luck AFTER UPDATING: It is plain HORRIBLE and Annoying. Items are getting duplicated, others disappear, doesnt allow you to edit or add sub tasks, you try to organize and they jump to another spot...ugh!!!! I have to keep logging off and back on to make any adjustment It was never my favorite but right now Im totally hating it!!!!! Hope they fix all this SOON Try another app instead Now it is working better, but we can no longer move the sub tasks around Please correct this asap STILL cant move sub tasks and when reorganizing main tasks there is still a HUGE glitch. When you move a task around it sometimes changes it to the last one you went over. Suddenly the one task disappears and you have duplicates of another. This is quite nerve racking!!! Hope you fix it soon IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! It was working fine up until last week. All of a sudden I can not get into my lists. I just did the update and still nothing. SKIP THIS. Anything is better than this. Very inconsistent & frustrating It NOW seems to have a mind of its own. I would never pay for this app nor can I recommend it. Items shift out of order all the time. In the sub-categories we never again able to reorganize the list. Items disappear, move on their own and reappear constantly. With every upgrade it seems to get worst and worst. Best of luck.

I needed a solid task manager as "Clear" was no longer being worked on and I liked that simple format. Any.do is even better and I have been using it only for a few days and I love it! I no longer use loose paper/notes, it all goes into Any.do! eB

Ive found this app to be extremely helpful and Im fully satisfied, without having to spend on the upgrade. Anyone scared off by the offer for "premium" shouldnt be. The free version is great and they will be satisfied too.

I already had a great calendar/to-do app (Informant 5) but wanted to take advantage of the interface with my new Alexa. It works great. So easy to tell Alexa to add items to my to-do/ shopping list as Im cooking/ going about my day. Only thing Id love is an interface to my master calendar/ to do list so I wouldnt need two systems.

Ive been using this app for a while, and it really shows how much the developers care about this app. Over the year or two that Ive been using it, its improved significantly, and is still the best to do application Ive ever used. Not perfect, but they make fixes and improvements often. The "import your reminders" thing would be awesome if I could choose which folders to import, because it imported like 200 things from a dozen or so lists into my to do list on any.do. This app also has probably my favorite widget ever with the to do list and calendar. Im easily distracted and its awesome to be able to get into the app quickly, add stuff quickly, etc.

Great app, it helps me stay organized. And being able to view the task on my tablet, cellphone, and desktop is a great capability.
